The license
AppVue is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add a few points specific to AppVue.
An independent app
AppVue isn’t made, affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. It uses Apple’s App Store Connect API, and it can only show what that API provides.
Your key, your account
You create the API key, choose its roles and decide when to revoke it. AppVue acts only with that key, on your iPhone. Review replies you send from AppVue are posted to the App Store under your developer account, just as if you’d written them in App Store Connect, so you’re responsible for what they say.
The numbers come from Apple
AppVue isn’t financial, tax or accounting advice. It shows the data Apple’s API returns. Daily sales reports are estimates and can differ from Apple’s financial reports and payments. For anything that matters, check App Store Connect.
Use at your own risk
AppVue is provided “as is,” and you use it at your own risk. Alerts depend on when iOS lets the app check in the background and can arrive late or not at all. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using AppVue, including from data that’s missing, late or wrong.
Purchases and subscriptions
AppVue Pro is sold through Apple as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles payments and refunds.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
